I have worked with Michelle for a number of years and I can honestly say that I have enjoyued every minute. Sure, some workouts have mace me question my sanity but at the end I feel strong and accomplished. Michelle is the pefect trainer. She is highly qualified ( she can work out a meal plan if you need one), patient but firm, and knows so many different exercises to keep her clients engaged and motivated. Michelle is very different to your typical PT and takes a nurturing and encouraging approach rather than a shouting/banter approach. She will go above and beyond the sessions she does with you spending time researching your specificneeds and has a kind and honest nature which makes me look forward to seeing her rather than dreading the session itself (even though it's always a good hard workout). I used Michelle's PT sessions in the lastcritical weeks leading up to intense residentiral basic RAAF's 1RTU base and glad I got her to help get my fitness up that extra notch before leaving because it surely made all the difference for the better. I've known Michelle for a few years now. I recently learned that she had setup her own home based pt sessions. It wasn't a hard decision to make and we've taken on a challenge of 10kg in 10 weeks. Michelle is very professional at what she does and her knowledge of fitness and diet are impeccable. Yes it costs more than the coporate gyms but the one on one sessions are so encouraging. I would certainly recommend Michelle. You can't put a price on well being and happiness.
